individuals in a residential setting. Hours are flexible, on-call is required.

| Controller For a Brewster, NY based non-profit organization providing services to the developmentally disabled population. Position reports to the CAO of Support Services and has overall responsibility for controlling and reporting on the financial activities of the agency. Duties include the development and implementation of agency fiscal policies and procedures; general oversight of the finance department; coordination and development of a budget that enables the goals and objectives of the agency; establishing sound controls to manage the budget and oversee expenditures; maximizing revenue streams and ensuring timely and accurate internal and external financial and regulatory reporting. Successful candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and/or Accounting; strong working knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, AICPA Guidelines; proficiency in accounting software and demonstrated prior financial experience in a non-profit organization with progressive responsibility; ability to meet deadlines; strong communication skills across all levels of the agency.
