Job Coaches at PARC provides structured intervention techniques to help participants learn to perform job tasks to the employer's specifications and to learn the interpersonal skills necessary to be accepted as a worker at the job site and in related community contacts. In addition to job-site training, job coaching includes related assessment, job development, counseling, advocacy and other services needed to maintain employment.
Applicant must have experience working with people with developmental disabilities. Candidate should have knowledge of employer performance expectations and employee behaviors. New staff will provide individual job coaching and will work as part of job coaching team. Skills needed in position: The ability to teach, write progress notes, computer usage, writing, communication and organizational skills. Candidate work be a liaison between agency and businesses.

Assistant Residential Program Manager
The Assistant Residential Program Manager (ARPM) is responsible for the health, safety and well-being of assigned residents, as well as providing supervision and direction to staff. Candidate is responsible for assisting the RPM with all house and resident monies and oversight of house and property maintenance. Will supervise Direct Support Professionals and Day Assistants in Residential Program Manager's absence and provide supervision, leadership and direction. The ARPM works alongside Direct Support Professionals as needed to monitor the work performance of staff on an ongoing basis and provides training through modeling and demonstration of the DSP Core Competencies.
Bachelor's degree and one year experience in the DD field strongly preferred or an AAS degree and two years' experience in the DD field. High School Diploma and three years' experience in the DD field. Some supervisory experience preferred.

Job Coach / Thrift Store
Looking for an individual to run Thrift Store and work alongside people with Disabilities. Candidate must be a self-starter and can work independently. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Community integration, goal implementing activities within the community and/or at the site. Provide on-site coaching and job skills training to vocational program participants. Interface with business owners and managers where participants work / train.
Understand vocational program funding streams, and complete all necessary paperwork for best practice. Ensure a high level of attention is focused on The Council of Quality and Leadership and Personal Outcome Measures (CQL / POM) principles and practices, fiscal principles, local, state, and federal regulations as well as any other necessary provisions to ensure quality of services to individuals.
Other responsibilities include completing assessments, writing task analyses, and noticing development in participant progress as it relates to work skills. Be on ongoing learner, respectful of others, and have active participation in meetings and trainings.

Direct Support Professional (DSP)
The Direct Support Professional (DSP) at PARC assist individuals with developmental disabilities by providing assistance with daily needs and activities that are essential to reducing the effects of a handicap and/or disability experienced by the individual. Examples include helping with the individual on work skills, basic education, cooking, and hygiene skills.
